Before you book.
The first call is free and carries no obligation. It is a working conversation about your numbers and your constraint, not a sales presentation. If paid work makes sense afterwards, you get a fixed-scope written proposal before anything starts.
Slots are shown in the time zone your browser reports, and the page labels it above the times. Rahul works from India (IST) with clients in India, the US and elsewhere, so the times you see are already converted for you.

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email or write to hey@rahuldsarker.co and the call will be moved or cancelled. A little notice helps someone else take the slot, but plans change and that is fine.
Nothing formal. It helps to bring the one number that worries you most, such as CAC, ROAS, pipeline or conversion rate, and a rough idea of your revenue stage. Add it in the notes when you book and the call starts there.
