Who we are
rahuldsarker.co (the "site") is run by Rahul D Sarker, trading as RDS & CO, based in Kolkata, India ("I", "me"). By using the site, its free tools or its booking calendar, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Content is general information, not advice
Guides, articles, comparisons and case studies are written to inform. They are not professional, financial, legal or tax advice for your situation. Case study results belong to those specific clients and circumstances, and figures marked "illustrative" are examples, not reported outcomes. Nothing on the site promises that you will get the same results.
Free tools, calculators and scores
The calculators, diagnostic scores and the MCP server are free to use and provided "as is". Their outputs are estimates based on the numbers you enter and general assumptions; check them before making decisions on them. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. Please don't overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer or resell the tools, or use them to build a competing service.
Booking a call
The diagnostic call is free and there is no obligation to buy anything. Please give accurate details when you book. You can reschedule or cancel by replying to your confirmation email; I may do the same if something unavoidable comes up, and I'll offer a new time. I may decline bookings that are clearly not a fit, such as sales pitches or spam. Calls are not recorded without asking you first.
Paid engagements
Paid work (fractional CMO, performance marketing, RevOps and the rest) is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, covering scope, fees, payment and confidentiality. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
Intellectual property
The site's text, graphics, tools, code and the RDS & CO name, mark and logos belong to me unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a credit and a link back, and you may use the logos from the brand page to refer to me or my work, following its guidelines. You may not use them in a way that suggests I endorse you or your product without my written permission, or republish substantial parts of the site.
What you send me
When you submit a form, book a call or email me, you confirm the information is yours to share. I treat business details you share as confidential and use them only to reply, prepare for our conversation or deliver agreed work. How personal data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Other sites and services
The site links to, and relies on, third-party services such as hosting, calendars, video calls and email. I'm not responsible for their content, availability or practices, which are covered by their own terms.
Liability
I work to keep the site accurate and available, but I can't guarantee it will always be either. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or its free tools, and my total liability for such use is limited to INR 10,000. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Liability for paid work is set by the relevant engagement agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, unless an engagement agreement says otherwise.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
