Speed-to-lead first: built a Zapier workflow connecting Meta Lead Ads → HubSpot → WhatsApp Business API with automated personalised first message within 60 seconds of form submission. Built HubSpot routing logic to assign the lead to the right SDR based on loan amount, city, and employment type, and auto-create a follow-up task with call script populated from the lead form data. For campaign automation: implemented Meta MCP tool integrations for budget pacing rules (auto-scale when CPA < target, pause when CPA > 1.4× target), creative fatigue detection, and automatic creative rotation. Built a GA4 → Looker pipeline so the team could see campaign performance in real-time without opening Meta Ads Manager.

Speed-to-lead: 4.2 hours → 11 minutes. Form-fill-to-call conversion: 8% → 27%, the largest single lever improvement in the entire engagement. CPL: ₹2,800 → ₹1,930 (-31%). Marketing team manual reporting time: 36 hours/week total → 4 hours/week. The Meta MCP rules ran 340 budget and bid adjustments in the first month that would have previously been done manually, or missed entirely. Net effect: the 6-person team is now running a larger campaign volume with less operational load and better results.
