Why this exists

A single calculator answers one question. A weak paid media account rarely fails in one obvious place, it shows up as a pattern across broken attribution, budget that follows gut feel instead of data, creative that fatigues unnoticed, a landing page that doesn’t match the ad, and audiences that were sized once and never revisited. This diagnostic chains 12 of the questions a full account audit would ask into one guided assessment, so you get a single score and a ranked list of what to look at first.

How the score works

  1. Each question is either a number you plug in (like your paid landing page conversion rate) or a quick yes / partial / no self-assessment for anything you would not know off-hand.
  2. Every question has a weight based on how much it typically affects paid media efficiency, and every category score is the weighted average of its questions.
  3. Your overall score is the weighted average of the five category scores, attribution and tracking weighted highest since that’s where budget most commonly gets misallocated.
  4. The weakest category becomes your free headline result. The specific weakest question inside it, paired with the calculator built for that exact fix, is what unlocks with your email.

FAQ

Is this actually free?

Yes. Anyone can complete all five categories and see their overall score and biggest gap with no email required. The full category-by-category breakdown and the specific fix-this-first recommendation are unlocked with a name and email so I can also send you a copy.

How is the score calculated?

Each question has a weight reflecting how much it typically affects paid media efficiency. Your answer to each scores 0, 0.5, or 1, multiplied by its weight. Category scores are the weighted average of their questions, and the overall score is the weighted average of the five category scores, all out of 100.

Why does Attribution & Tracking carry the highest weight?

Platform-reported ROAS is structurally biased, every ad platform over-credits itself, so without a blended, cross-channel view, budget usually flows to whichever platform claims the most credit rather than whichever channel actually works. It's consistently the highest-leverage place to look first.

What happens after I unlock my results?

You'll see all five category scores, which specific question is dragging your weakest category down, a written explanation of why it matters, and a link to the calculator built specifically for that fix.

Is this a substitute for a full account audit?

No, it's a self-assessment based on your own honest answers, meant to point you at where to look first. Read the result as a map, not a verdict, and use the linked calculators or a full consultation to dig into any specific gap.
