Short answer
Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus comes down to which teams need software. CRM Plus (₹1,200 per user per month, Starter, annual) covers sales, marketing and support. Zoho One (₹3,500 per user, or ₹1,250 per employee if you license everyone) adds finance, HR and operations apps. Customer-facing teams only: CRM Plus. Most of the company: Zoho One.
Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus at a glance
The core difference in Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus is scope. CRM Plus is a customer-experience bundle for the teams that talk to customers. Zoho One is a suite for running the whole company, including finance and HR.
| Criterion | Zoho CRM (alone) | Zoho CRM Plus | Zoho One |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it is | Sales CRM | CRM plus marketing, help desk, live chat, social, projects, surveys, analytics | 50+ apps across sales, marketing, support, finance, HR and operations |
| Price, annual billing | ₹800 to ₹2,600 per user per month by edition | Starter ₹1,200; Enterprise ₹2,900 per user per month | Flexible ₹3,500 per user; All-Employee ₹1,250 per employee per month |
| Price, monthly billing | ₹1,300 to ₹3,200 per user | Starter ₹1,500; Enterprise ₹3,500 per user | Flexible ₹4,000 per user; All-Employee ₹2,500 per employee |
| Who must be licensed | CRM users only | Customer-facing users only | Flexible: chosen users. All-Employee: every employee |
| Edition of included apps | The edition you buy | All modules at their highest edition, per Zoho | Enterprise-level features, no per-app plan mapping, per Zoho |
| Finance and HR apps | No | No | Yes (Books, People and others) |
| Best for | Sales teams that only need CRM | Sales, marketing and support on one platform | Companies moving most departments onto Zoho |
Zoho's own help article puts it in one line each: CRM Plus is 'a customer experience platform that unifies the sales, support and marketing teams of your business on a unified interface', while Zoho One is 'an all-in-one suite that enables you to run your entire business' (Zoho Help). The same article says Zoho One requires licences for all employees, which was true of the original plan; Zoho's current pricing page also offers Flexible User pricing for any number of users (Zoho One pricing), so that rule now applies only to the All-Employee plan.
This page compares the bundles. For the full Zoho One price breakdown with worked costs for 10, 25 and 50 employees, see Zoho One price in India. For help configuring whichever you choose, see Zoho CRM consultant India.
What does each Zoho plan include?
CRM Plus bundles the customer-facing apps at their highest editions. Zoho One bundles those plus the back-office apps, with enterprise-level features rather than named editions.
| Area | CRM Plus Starter | CRM Plus Enterprise | Zoho One |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales CRM | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Help desk and live chat | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Email marketing and social | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Marketing automation, webinars, events | No | Yes | Yes |
| Projects and surveys | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Analytics | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Accounting (Books), HR (People), recruitment | No | No | Yes |
| Mail, documents and team chat suite | No | Team collaboration listed | Yes |
Two details matter in practice. CRM Plus says all modules are included 'at their highest edition' (Zoho CRM Plus pricing), so a CRM Plus user gets more CRM capability than a Zoho CRM Standard or Professional licence. Zoho One instead says 'We do not go by plan mapping in each service, but assure enterprise level feature availability', and it lists products it does not include, such as Workerly, Catalyst, ERP and FSM (Zoho One FAQ). If you depend on a specific limit, such as Blueprints, custom functions or record counts, check it on each plan's details page before deciding.
Zoho CRM Plus price in India vs Zoho One
Per licence, CRM Plus Starter is the cheapest bundle at ₹1,200 per user per month on annual billing. Zoho One All-Employee is cheaper per head at ₹1,250 only if every employee is licensed.
| Route | Calculation | Annual cost |
|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM Professional (sales only) | 10 × ₹1,400 × 12 | ₹1,68,000 |
| Zoho CRM Plus Starter | 10 × ₹1,200 × 12 | ₹1,44,000 |
| Zoho CRM Plus Enterprise | 10 × ₹2,900 × 12 | ₹3,48,000 |
| Zoho One Flexible User | 10 × ₹3,500 × 12 | ₹4,20,000 |
| Zoho One All-Employee | 40 × ₹1,250 × 12 | ₹6,00,000 |
Annual cost for 10 customer-facing users in a 40-person company (INR, before GST)
On these numbers, CRM Plus Starter costs less than Zoho CRM Professional alone and adds help desk, chat and email marketing. Zoho One costs about three times as much for the same 10 users, which only pays back if finance, HR or other teams would otherwise need separate software. A Zoho Books Professional subscription, for example, lists at ₹1,499 per organisation per month on annual billing in India (Zoho Books pricing), and Zoho Desk Standard at ₹800 per agent (Zoho Desk pricing); add up the apps you would really buy before deciding.
GST is charged on top of all Zoho prices, at 18% on digital services in India (India Briefing). Monthly billing raises every figure: CRM Plus Starter goes from ₹1,200 to ₹1,500 per user and Zoho One All-Employee from ₹1,250 to ₹2,500.
Who needs a licence on each Zoho plan?
On Zoho CRM and CRM Plus, only the people who work in the apps need licences. On Zoho One, Flexible User works the same way, while All-Employee requires a licence for every employee, whether or not they use the apps.
Licences by team for a 40-person company
Zoho's pricing FAQ is clear on the mechanics. Flexible User means 'You can buy only the number of user licenses you need', there is no minimum number of licences on either Zoho One plan, and an All-Employee customer that has not licensed everyone will be asked to 'either purchase remaining licenses or switch to Flexible User Pricing' (Zoho One pricing FAQ). It does not define who counts as an employee, so ask Zoho to confirm how part-time staff, interns and contractors are treated before you rely on All-Employee pricing.
On the CRM side, Zoho CRM is free for up to 3 users and its paid editions run from Standard at ₹800 to Ultimate at ₹2,600 per user per month on annual billing (Zoho CRM pricing). That is the baseline every bundle should be measured against. A company whose other staff only need email and documents may be better served by CRM Plus plus Zoho Workplace, which starts at ₹99 per user per month on annual billing for the Standard plan, than by Zoho One.
Two cross-checks help. The tech stack duplication inspector shows which tools a bundle would replace, and the CRM ROI calculator tests whether the CRM part pays back at all. If per-seat pricing outside Zoho is on the table, HubSpot price in India sets out that alternative in rupees, and the Bigin CRM page covers Zoho's lightest option for very small teams.

CRM Plus annual: Starter ₹1,200, Enterprise ₹2,900 (Enterprise is used when the CRM need reaches Zoho CRM Enterprise or above). Zoho One annual: All-Employee ₹1,250 × employees, Flexible User ₹3,500 × users. Each feature maps to the lowest Zoho CRM edition whose pricing page lists it; Free covers up to 3 users. GST is excluded. Not modelled: other Zoho apps priced separately, per-employee limits in Zoho One, offers and partner discounts.

Choose Zoho CRM Plus if, choose Zoho One if
Choose CRM Plus when the software problem is customer-facing: leads, deals, campaigns and support tickets. Choose Zoho One when you also want to replace accounting, HR or internal tools with Zoho.
- Only sales, marketing and support need new software
- Finance stays on Tally or another accounting system
- Customer-facing users are a small share of payroll
- You want the highest CRM edition without paying for back-office apps
- You need help desk and live chat linked to CRM records
- Finance, HR or operations will also move to Zoho within a year
- More than about a third of staff will use Zoho apps
- You want one admin console, one invoice and cross-department workflows
- You would otherwise buy three or more separate Zoho apps
- You can license every employee (All-Employee) or accept the Flexible price

The honest limits of each plan
Neither bundle is free of trade-offs. CRM Plus stops at the customer-facing teams; Zoho One's value depends on rolling out apps you have paid for, and its cheapest plan carries a company-wide licensing rule.
Where each Zoho plan is strong and weak
- CRM Plus: no accounting, HR or recruitment apps, so finance integrations (for example with Tally) remain a separate project.
- CRM Plus: priced per customer-facing user, so it gets expensive if many occasional users need access.
- Zoho One: All-Employee pricing requires a licence for every employee, and Zoho's FAQ does not define who counts as one; get it in writing.
- Zoho One: some limits are set per employee, so a small Flexible User purchase gets lower suite-wide limits.
- Zoho One: it does not include every Zoho product; ERP, FSM, Catalyst and others are excluded per Zoho's FAQ.
- Both: prices in search results are often old offers or in dollars; rely on Zoho's own pages with a checked date.
Moving between Zoho CRM, CRM Plus and Zoho One
Most companies move in one direction: CRM alone, then CRM Plus when support and marketing join, then Zoho One when finance and HR follow. Plan the data model for the end state so each step is an upgrade, not a rebuild.

Review licences at each renewal; remove users who no longer need access.
Each step changes who needs a licence, so time moves to renewal dates. The CRM configuration itself (modules, fields, Blueprint, assignment rules) carries over, which is why it pays to design it properly at the first step. See Zoho CRM implementation cost in India for what that work involves and Zoho CRM lead assignment rules for one of the first things to get right. Lead sources such as IndiaMART and Meta forms are covered in IndiaMART leads in Zoho CRM and Facebook lead ads to Zoho CRM.

An independent view on the Zoho plan decision
Rahul D Sarker is an independent CRM and RevOps consultant, not a Zoho partner or reseller, so the recommendation does not depend on which plan you buy.
A plan review counts users by team, checks the features your process needs against each edition and prices the routes on Zoho's live INR pages. Implementation work is described on Zoho CRM implementation and CRM consulting. When the question is why pipeline is not converting rather than which plan to buy, the starting point is the Revenue Diagnostic: two weeks with read-only access, fixed at ₹90,000 for companies in India ($1,500 elsewhere), credited in full if the work continues.

Share headcount, the teams that need software and what you use today. The reply recommends a route and the order to roll it out. If the real problem is the revenue process, the next step is usually the fixed-price Revenue Diagnostic.
Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus: common questions
What is the difference between Zoho One and Zoho CRM Plus?
CRM Plus is Zoho's customer-experience bundle for sales, marketing and support teams. Zoho One is a suite of 50+ apps that also covers finance, HR and operations. CRM Plus is licensed per customer-facing user; Zoho One is licensed per user (Flexible) or for every employee (All-Employee).
What is the Zoho CRM Plus price in India?
On Zoho's CRM Plus pricing page checked 17 October 2026, Starter is ₹1,200 per user per month billed annually (₹1,500 monthly) and Enterprise is ₹2,900 per user per month billed annually (₹3,500 monthly). GST is charged in addition.
Is Zoho CRM Plus cheaper than Zoho One?
Per licence, yes: CRM Plus Starter is ₹1,200 per user against ₹3,500 for Zoho One Flexible User on annual billing. Zoho One All-Employee is ₹1,250 per employee but must cover every employee, so it is only cheaper when most of the company uses Zoho.
Zoho CRM vs Zoho CRM Plus vs Zoho One: which plan should I buy?
Buy Zoho CRM if only sales needs software. Buy CRM Plus if support and marketing should work from the same customer records. Buy Zoho One if finance, HR or operations will also move to Zoho. The plan picker on this page prices all three for your numbers.
Does Zoho CRM Plus include the full Zoho CRM?
Zoho's CRM Plus pricing page says all modules are included at their highest edition. Check the specific limits you need, such as Blueprints per organisation, on the CRM Plus features list.
Does Zoho One require licences for all employees?
Only on All-Employee pricing. Zoho's current pricing page also offers Flexible User pricing, where you buy licences for any number of users at ₹3,500 per user per month billed annually.
Can we start with CRM Plus and move to Zoho One later?
Yes, and many companies do. Time the change to a renewal date, because licence counts change, and design the CRM data model for the end state so the move is an upgrade rather than a rebuild.
Do Zoho prices include GST?
No. Zoho's pricing pages state that local taxes such as GST are charged in addition. GST on digital services in India is 18%, usually recoverable as input tax credit for a registered business.
