Short answer

HubSpot's price in India, on its INR pricing pages checked 17 October 2026, starts free for 2 users. Starter is ₹585 per seat per month billed annually (a promotional price), Sales Hub Professional ₹7,497 per seat plus a ₹1,25,000 one-time onboarding fee, and Enterprise ₹12,500 per seat. GST is added unless a GSTIN is on the account.

What is the HubSpot price in India in 2026?

The HubSpot price in India depends on three choices: which hub, which tier and how many paid seats. HubSpot shows rupee prices directly when you set the currency to INR on its pricing pages, so there is no need to convert from dollars.

HubSpot list prices in INR per month, annual billing (checked 17 October 2026)

Three things in that table catch Indian buyers out. First, Starter is on promotion. HubSpot's INR page shows ₹585 per seat with ₹1,670 struck through and a banner that the offer is for new customers only, so budget for the renewal price, not just the first invoice. Second, Professional and Enterprise carry a one-time onboarding fee that is often larger than a small team's first few months of licence. Third, Marketing Hub is priced as a platform, not per seat: Professional starts at ₹66,697 a month whether one person or three use it.

This page covers the licence bill only: list prices, GST, seats, billing terms and discounts. What an implementation partner or consultant charges to set HubSpot up is a separate cost, covered in HubSpot implementation cost in India. If you are still deciding who should do that work, read the HubSpot consultant India hiring guide.

Starter, Professional or Enterprise: which HubSpot tier do you need?

Choose the tier by the features your process needs, not by team size. The jump from Starter to Professional is where automation, sequences, forecasting and lead scoring appear, and it is also where the price rises more than twelvefold per seat.

Enterprise₹12,500 per seat plus ₹2,92,000 onboarding. Buy it for governance features you will configure, not as insurance.

The Starter Customer Platform is often the better Starter buy. HubSpot's Starter page lists one Starter seat at ₹585 that includes Marketing Hub Starter (with 1,000 marketing contacts), Sales Hub Starter, Service Hub Starter, Content Hub Starter and Data Hub Starter (HubSpot Starter pricing). If a small team needs forms, email and a pipeline, that bundle costs the same per seat as Sales Hub Starter alone at today's promotional price.

Watch the bundle offers on Professional. At the time of checking, HubSpot's Sales Hub page offered Revenue Hub Professional at ₹4,752 per seat (was ₹7,920) or Enterprise at ₹8,190 (was ₹11,700) when bought with Sales Hub, for new customers only. Offers like this change, and they lock in more seats on an annual contract, so add them only if a named process needs them.

If you are deciding between platforms rather than tiers, compare like for like: HubSpot vs Zoho CRM, HubSpot vs Salesforce and, for small teams, Bigin vs HubSpot.

How many paid HubSpot seats do you actually need?

Only people who edit records, send sales emails or work tickets need a paid seat. People who read dashboards and records can use free view-only seats, which HubSpot says are free and unlimited on Starter, Professional and Enterprise.

Which seat each person needs

Edits records and works deals or tickets ↑
Core seatEdits records and uses core tools, but not the paid-tier sales or service features. Typical for marketers and ops staff.
Sales or Service seatReps and support agents on Professional or Enterprise who run sequences, forecasts or help desk queues.
View-only seat (free)Founders, finance and leadership who read records and reports and log notes. No editing, no saved reports.
Rarely neededSomeone who only reads but needs paid features usually needs a dashboard shared with them, not a seat.
Uses Pro or Enterprise sales or service tools (sequences, forecasting, help desk) →

HubSpot's seat article defines a Core seat as one that gives access to core features in the products you bought, a Sales seat as access to all features in Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise, and a Service seat the same for Service Hub, whose seat prices match Sales Hub on the Service Hub INR pricing page. View-only users can view data and reports and log notes on records they can view, but cannot edit records or save reports (HubSpot Knowledge Base: manage seats).

The same article contains the most expensive sentence for Indian buyers: once seats are purchased, the total count cannot be reduced until your next renewal date. Over-buying seats for a sales team you plan to hire is a commitment for the full term. Buy for today's headcount and add seats as people join. The seat utilisation risk assessor helps check how many seats are really used.

Worked example: Sales Hub licence cost for 5, 10 and 25 paid seats, year one, annual billing, before GST

25₹1,75,500₹23,74,100₹40,42,000
Calculated as seats × monthly seat price × 12, plus the one-time onboarding fee, from HubSpot's INR list prices on 17 October 2026. GST at 18% would add ₹1,84,435 to the 10-seat Professional figure if it is not recoverable. Negotiated discounts and offers are not included. Source: HubSpot[1]

Prices: HubSpot Sales, Service, Marketing and Starter pricing pages in INR, read 17 October 2026. Seat hub (Sales or Service, same prices): Starter ₹585 annual / ₹835 monthly (promotional), Professional ₹7,497 annual / ₹8,330 monthly, Enterprise ₹12,500 (annual only). Onboarding: Professional ₹1,25,000, Enterprise ₹2,92,000. Marketing Hub: Starter ₹585 per seat; Professional ₹66,697 (₹74,200 monthly) incl. 3 core seats + ₹3,753 per extra seat; Enterprise ₹3,00,000 incl. 5 core seats + ₹6,250 per extra seat; onboarding ₹2,50,000 / ₹5,84,000. Paid seats = people minus view-only users (view-only seats are free on paid tiers, per HubSpot's seat article). Startup discount (HubSpot for Startups): funding-based 90%, 50%, 25% and partner-based 30%, 15%, 0% for years 1 to 3, applied to Professional and Enterprise licences only, not to onboarding. GST at 18% (India Briefing): shown as recoverable cash flow for a GSTIN holder and as added cost for an unregistered business; actual treatment depends on your contract and your CA. Not modelled: extra marketing contacts, credit packs, negotiated discounts, price changes at renewal.

The calculator stops at the licence. Setup work, data migration and integrations are a services budget on top; the HubSpot cost planner on the consultant guide estimates that side, and the CRM ROI calculator checks whether the whole investment pays back from your pipeline numbers.

Does HubSpot charge GST in India?

Yes, unless your GSTIN is on the HubSpot account. HubSpot's India GST FAQ says it is registered as an OIDAR service provider and must charge GST to customers with a primary address in India who are not GST-registered. With a valid GSTIN added, it stops adding GST to future bills.

How GST applies to a HubSpot invoice in India

  1. Step 1Check the account addressGST depends on your company's primary address in HubSpot's Account & Billing settings.
  2. UnregisteredNo GSTIN on fileHubSpot charges GST at the prevailing rate on the invoice. For an unregistered business it is a cost you cannot recover.
  3. RegisteredGSTIN addedHubSpot stops adding GST to future bills. Its FAQ warns you may still be liable for GST through reverse charge.
  4. RecordsRead the e-invoiceFor B2B customers, HubSpot India Private Limited registers invoices on the Invoice Registration Portal with an IRN and QR code, sent by email to billing contacts.
  5. FinanceClaim input tax creditIf the expense is eligible, GST paid can be claimed back. Your CA confirms which document to file from.

Two HubSpot articles cover this, and they should be read together. The India GST FAQ (last updated 9 October 2025) says HubSpot is registered for GST as an Online Information Database Access and Retrieval (OIDAR) provider, that customers with an Indian address and no GST registration will be charged GST, that adding a valid GSTIN stops HubSpot adding GST to future bills, and that you may be liable for GST through the reverse charge mechanism (HubSpot: India GST FAQ). The India e-invoicing FAQ (last updated 31 March 2026) says e-invoicing applies to B2B transactions only, that HubSpot India Private Limited registers B2B invoices on the government Invoice Registration Portal, and that the emailed e-invoice is a different document from the PDF in Account & Billing (HubSpot: India e-invoicing FAQ).

In practice that means: add the GSTIN before the first invoice, make sure your finance team is listed as a billing contact so it receives the e-invoice, and let your chartered accountant decide whether tax is paid on the invoice or under reverse charge for your contract. The rate for digital services is 18% (India Briefing).

This is not tax advice

GST treatment depends on your registration, the contracting entity on your order form and your eligibility for input tax credit. The summary above reports what HubSpot's own help articles say. Ask a chartered accountant to confirm the treatment for your company before you budget.

GST-registered company
  • Add the GSTIN in Account & Billing before the first invoice
  • GST is cash flow if input tax credit is available
  • File from the emailed e-invoice with IRN and QR code
  • Budget the licence at list price
Not GST-registered
  • HubSpot charges GST on every invoice
  • GST cannot be claimed back
  • Budget list price plus 18%
  • On 10 Professional seats that is about ₹1.84 lakh in year one

Monthly vs annual billing, onboarding fees and other line items

Annual billing is cheaper on every tier that offers a choice, Professional monthly billing still commits you for a year, and the onboarding fee is charged once on Professional and Enterprise. Marketing contacts and HubSpot Credits are the two line items that grow after you sign.

  • Monthly vs annual. Sales Hub Professional is ₹7,497 per seat on annual billing and ₹8,330 on monthly billing, and HubSpot labels the monthly option 'Commit annually'. Starter's monthly option is ₹835 per seat against ₹585 annual on the current promotion (HubSpot Starter pricing).
  • Onboarding fee. Required and one-time: ₹1,25,000 for Sales or Service Professional, ₹2,92,000 for Enterprise, ₹2,50,000 and ₹5,84,000 for Marketing Hub. HubSpot's partner programme page says Solutions Partners can waive onboarding fees for their clients, up to a $6,000 value per client (HubSpot Solutions Partner Program).
  • Marketing contacts. Marketing Hub prices include 1,000, 2,000 or 10,000 marketing contacts by tier. HubSpot says you 'only pay for the contacts you want to market to', and a contact set as marketing counts at least until the next update date (HubSpot Knowledge Base). Set non-marketing status on customers, vendors and dead records.
  • HubSpot Credits. Starter includes 500, Professional 3,000 and Enterprise 5,000 credits. They are used when AI agents and some features take action, and can be bought in packs or pay-as-you-go, with spend limits you set.
  • Seat reductions. Seats can only be reduced at renewal. Removing an unassigned seat is scheduled for the next billing period and does not change the current invoice.

Myth HubSpot bills Indian companies in dollars, so add forex charges.

Reality HubSpot's pricing pages show INR prices directly, and Indian B2B invoices are e-invoiced by HubSpot India Private Limited. Confirm the currency on your order form, but do not assume a dollar invoice.

Myth The onboarding fee is optional.

Reality HubSpot's pricing pages call it a required, one-time fee on Professional and Enterprise. A partner may waive it as part of their own engagement; ask whether their quote replaces it.

Myth Everyone in the company needs a paid seat.

Reality View-only seats are free and unlimited on paid tiers. Leadership and finance rarely need more than that.

Myth ₹585 is what Starter will cost every year.

Reality It is a new-customer promotion shown against ₹1,670. Plan the second year at the price on your renewal quote.

Can you get HubSpot cheaper in India?

Yes, in three legitimate ways: the HubSpot for Startups programme, annual billing, and buying the right seat types. Negotiated discounts exist too, but there is no published schedule for them, so they are not modelled here.

  1. Year 1
    90% or 30% off

    Funding-based tier (pre-seed, seed or Series A) gets 90%; partner-based tier gets 30%.

  2. Year 2
    50% or 15% off

The discount steps down on the second renewal.

  3. Year 3
    25% or nothing

Funding-based tier keeps 25%; partner-based tier has no year-three discount.

  4. Year 4
    List price

Budget full list price from here, and check seat counts before renewal.

HubSpot for Startups lists those schedules for net-new Professional or Enterprise products only, for companies with pre-seed, seed or Series A funding but not Series B or later, or for members of approved partner organisations (HubSpot for Startups). Its FAQ describes the discount period as typically two years, which conflicts with the three-year schedule shown elsewhere on the page, so confirm in writing.

For 10 Sales Hub Professional seats on annual billing, the funding-based discount turns a year-one licence of ₹8,99,640 into about ₹89,964, then ₹4,49,820 in year two and ₹6,74,730 in year three, with the ₹1,25,000 onboarding fee on top (the calculator above does not discount onboarding, because the programme page does not say it applies). That changes the Starter versus Professional decision for funded startups: Professional with the discount can cost less in year one than buyers expect.

The cheapest seat is the one you do not buy

Before negotiating price, count who edits records. Moving leadership and finance to view-only seats, and keeping marketing contacts clean, usually saves more every year than a one-time discount.

What the HubSpot price leaves out

The licence is the visible part. A realistic first-year budget also covers setup, data cleanup, integrations, add-on credits or contacts, and someone to own the portal after launch.

Integrations matter more in India than in many markets, because leads arrive through WhatsApp, IndiaMART and phone calls. Each connection is a services cost and sometimes another subscription. See HubSpot WhatsApp integration and IndiaMART HubSpot integration before assuming the licence covers them. If the portal is already live and the bill feels high, a HubSpot portal audit finds unused seats, unused workflows and contacts that should not be billed as marketing contacts.

If HubSpot's per-seat price is the blocker, compare suites priced per employee: Zoho One price in India works through the Zoho alternative, and Zoho CRM alternatives covers the wider field.

Getting a HubSpot quote checked before you sign

Rahul D Sarker is an independent consultant, not a HubSpot Solutions Partner, so there is no licence commission involved in a tier recommendation. A licence review checks the quote against what your process needs.

A review covers the tier decision feature by feature, the paid versus view-only seat split, whether Marketing Hub contacts are set up to stay inside the included tier, the billing term, the onboarding fee and any startup discount. If the real question is whether the CRM will fix pipeline problems at all, the entry point is the Revenue Diagnostic: two weeks, read-only access, fixed at ₹90,000 for companies in India ($1,500 elsewhere), and credited in full if the work continues.

HubSpot work on the site is described under HubSpot CRM implementation and CRM consulting. One documented example: in the HR-tech RevOps build, HubSpot lead scoring and an agreed MQL definition moved MQL to SQL conversion from 8% to 23% within two months, a Professional-tier feature used for a specific outcome.

HubSpot lists it as required and one-time on Professional and Enterprise. Its Solutions Partner programme lets partners waive onboarding fees for their clients up to a $6,000 value per client, so ask any partner whether their quote replaces the fee.

Is HubSpot cheaper than Zoho in India?

Not at Professional level on list prices. HubSpot Sales Hub Professional is ₹7,497 per seat per month, while Zoho's CRM pricing page lists editions from ₹800 to ₹2,600 per user per month billed annually (checked 17 October 2026). The HubSpot vs Zoho CRM comparison sets out the feature differences. Compare the features your process needs and the total cost for your seat mix, not the headline price.
