Short answer
On Zoho's pricing page checked 17 October 2026, the Zoho One price in India is ₹1,250 per employee per month billed annually on All-Employee pricing, which requires a licence for every employee, or ₹3,500 per user per month on Flexible User pricing. Monthly billing is ₹2,500 and ₹4,000. GST is charged on top.
What is the Zoho One price in India?
The Zoho One price in India comes in two licensing models, each with an annual and a monthly rate. Zoho shows rupee prices on its Zoho One pricing page and states that local taxes such as GST are charged in addition.
| Plan | Billed annually | Billed monthly | Licensing rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| All-Employee pricing | ₹1,250 per employee per month | ₹2,500 per employee per month | Must purchase a licence for all employees |
| Flexible User pricing | ₹3,500 per user per month | ₹4,000 per user per month | Purchase a licence for any number of users |
The two prices are not alternatives for the same buyer. All-Employee is cheap per head but applies to the whole company: Zoho's pricing FAQ says it 'requires you to buy licenses for every employee in your company' (Zoho One pricing FAQ). Flexible User costs nearly three times as much per licence, but you license only the people who use the apps. Which is cheaper depends on one ratio: the share of your payroll that actually needs Zoho.
Zoho's own pricing page describes the suite as 50+ unified business apps on one invoice (Zoho One pricing). Whether you would use enough of them to justify the bundle is the second question, and the calculator below answers it against the separate apps you would otherwise buy. If CRM is the only thing your team needs, start with Zoho CRM consultant India or the Zoho CRM implementation page instead.
Zoho One All-Employee vs Flexible User: which plan should you buy?
Buy All-Employee when more than about a third of your payroll needs Zoho apps and you can license everyone. Buy Flexible User when only a minority of staff, such as sales, finance and support, work in Zoho.

The break-even is simple arithmetic. On annual billing, All-Employee costs less than Flexible when users ÷ employees is above ₹1,250 ÷ ₹3,500, or 35.7%. On monthly billing it is ₹2,500 ÷ ₹4,000, or 62.5%, so monthly buyers need a much larger share of staff in Zoho before All-Employee pays off.
Read the licensing rule before relying on the cheap plan. Zoho's pricing FAQ does not define who counts as an employee. It says that if you are on All-Employee without licensing everyone you will be asked to 'either purchase remaining licenses or switch to Flexible User Pricing', and it directs companies with staff who do not use devices to contact sales. Part-time staff, interns and contractors are where disputes start, so get the definition in writing before you sign (Zoho One pricing FAQ).
The same FAQ answers two common worries: there is no minimum number of licences on either plan, and Zoho says it does not force long-term contracts, with the best price on an annual subscription and monthly subscriptions also available.
Zoho One plan fit by headcount and Zoho usage
Zoho One cost for 10, 25 and 50 employees
For a 10-person company, Zoho One All-Employee costs ₹1,50,000 a year before GST on annual billing. Flexible User for 5 of those people costs ₹2,10,000. The gap widens as headcount grows.
| Employees (users needing Zoho) | All-Employee, annual billing | All-Employee, monthly billing | Flexible User, annual billing | Cheaper plan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 (5 users) | ₹1,50,000 | ₹3,00,000 | ₹2,10,000 | All-Employee |
| 25 (8 users) | ₹3,75,000 | ₹7,50,000 | ₹3,36,000 | Flexible User |
| 25 (12 users) | ₹3,75,000 | ₹7,50,000 | ₹5,04,000 | All-Employee |
| 50 (15 users) | ₹7,50,000 | ₹15,00,000 | ₹6,30,000 | Flexible User |
| 50 (30 users) | ₹7,50,000 | ₹15,00,000 | ₹12,60,000 | All-Employee |
Zoho One for 25 employees: annual cost by plan and user count (INR, before GST)
Two lessons from the table. First, monthly billing doubles the All-Employee price, from ₹1,250 to ₹2,500 per head, so a company that is unsure should run a short trial and then commit annually rather than pay monthly for a year. Second, the cheaper plan flips with small changes in user count. A 25-person company with 8 users is better on Flexible; the same company with 12 users is better on All-Employee. Count users by name, team by team, before choosing.

Zoho One vs separate apps (INR, annual)
Prices the Zoho apps you would buy on their own against both Zoho One plans, from Zoho's India pricing pages.
All-Employee pricing licenses every employee.
Used for Flexible User pricing.
Prices in INR per month on annual billing, read 17 October 2026 from Zoho's pricing pages viewed from India. Zoho One: All-Employee ₹1,250 × employees; Flexible User ₹3,500 × users. Separate apps: Zoho CRM per user (Standard ₹800, Professional ₹1,400, Enterprise ₹2,400, Ultimate ₹2,600); Zoho Books per organisation (Standard ₹749, Professional ₹1,499, Premium ₹2,999, Elite ₹4,999; extra Books users at ₹150 each are not modelled); Zoho Desk per agent (Express ₹420, Standard ₹800, Professional ₹1,400, Enterprise ₹2,400); Zoho Projects Premium ₹280 per user; Zoho Workplace Standard ₹99 per user. All figures × 12. Break-even between the Zoho One plans = ₹1,250 ÷ ₹3,500 = 35.7% of employees. GST at 18% (India Briefing) is shown on the cheapest route. Not modelled: other Zoho apps in the suite (People, Campaigns, Analytics, Sign and more), per-employee feature limits, monthly billing, offers and partner discounts.
The separate-apps side includes only five apps, so it understates the value of Zoho One for a company that will also roll out People, Campaigns, Analytics or Sign. If your stack already includes tools outside Zoho, the tech stack duplication inspector helps find overlaps worth cutting before you add a suite.
What does Zoho One include, and what does it leave out?
Zoho One bundles the company's main business apps with what Zoho calls enterprise-level features, but it does not map each app to a named edition and does not include every Zoho product.
Zoho's Zoho One FAQ says 'We do not go by plan mapping in each service, but assure enterprise level feature availability', and that 'Zoho One doesn't include everything Zoho does' (Zoho One FAQ). The exclusions it lists include Workerly, Catalyst, ERP and FSM, apps under the ManageEngine, Site24x7, Qntrl and TrainerCentral brands, paid Marketplace extensions and domain registration. Several limits are also set per employee, for example Creator records and SalesIQ volumes, so a Flexible User plan with few licences gets lower suite-wide limits than an All-Employee plan.
The FAQ also notes that an administrator can enable only a subset of apps and recommends deploying Zoho One in phases. That is the right way to think about the purchase: you are buying the right to roll out apps, and the value only appears as teams move onto them.
To judge the bundle, price what you would buy instead. The table below uses Zoho's own India pricing for Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects and Zoho Workplace, alongside Zoho CRM.
| App | Entry paid plan | Higher plans | Priced per |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM | Standard ₹800 | Professional ₹1,400; Enterprise ₹2,400; Ultimate ₹2,600 | User per month |
| Zoho Books | Standard ₹749 | Professional ₹1,499; Premium ₹2,999; Elite ₹4,999; Ultimate ₹7,999; extra users ₹150 each | Organisation per month |
| Zoho Desk | Express ₹420 | Standard ₹800; Professional ₹1,400; Enterprise ₹2,400 | Agent per month |
| Zoho Projects | Premium ₹280 | Enterprise ₹630; Ultimate ₹980 | User per month |
| Zoho Workplace | Standard ₹99 | Mail Lite ₹59; Mail Premium ₹199 | User per month |
- Three or more teams will work in Zoho within a year
- You want one admin console and one invoice
- Most staff need at least mail, documents or HR self-service
- You will build cross-app workflows (CRM to Books to Desk)
- Only sales, or sales and finance, use Zoho
- You rely on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 already
- Users are a small share of payroll
- You want to avoid the All-Employee headcount rule
Zoho One GST and billing in India
Zoho's pricing pages state that local taxes such as GST are charged in addition to the listed prices. GST on digital services in India is levied at 18%, so add it to every figure on this page unless you can claim input tax credit.
Buying Zoho One in India, step by step
- Step 1Count employees and usersPayroll headcount and named users per team, from HR and team leads, not estimates.
- Step 2Pick the planAll-Employee if users are above about 36% of staff on annual billing; otherwise Flexible User.
- Step 3Confirm the employee definitionAsk Zoho in writing how part-time staff, interns and contractors are counted.
- Step 4Add the GSTINMake sure the company GSTIN is on the Zoho account before the first invoice, so GST can be claimed if eligible.
- Step 5Roll out in phasesEnable the apps teams will use first; add the rest once the first ones are adopted.
The rate is 18% on digital services in India (India Briefing). For a 25-employee All-Employee plan that is ₹67,500 on ₹3,75,000 a year. For a GST-registered business it is usually recoverable as input tax credit; for an unregistered one it is a cost. Your chartered accountant should confirm the treatment.
On contract terms, Zoho's pricing FAQ says it does not force long-term contracts and offers its best price on annual subscriptions. In practice the annual plan is a year's commitment at the annual rate, so the monthly option is the way to test before you commit, at double the All-Employee rate.
Several pages that rank for Zoho One pricing in India still quote year-end offers that have ended or prices in dollars. Use Zoho's own pricing page with the date you checked it, and treat any partner's quote as a starting point to verify.
Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus vs Zoho CRM on its own
For a sales-and-support team only, Zoho CRM Plus at ₹1,200 per user per month (Starter, annual) or Zoho CRM alone is usually cheaper than Zoho One. Zoho One wins when finance, HR or operations also move onto Zoho.
| Route | Annual billing | Monthly billing | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM Professional | ₹1,400 per user | ₹2,100 per user | Sales teams only |
| Zoho CRM Plus Starter | ₹1,200 per user | ₹1,500 per user | Sales, marketing and support teams on one platform |
| Zoho CRM Plus Enterprise | ₹2,900 per user | ₹3,500 per user | Customer-facing teams needing marketing automation, events, webinars |
| Zoho One Flexible User | ₹3,500 per user | ₹4,000 per user | Several departments, some of the company |
| Zoho One All-Employee | ₹1,250 per employee | ₹2,500 per employee | Several departments, most of the company |
CRM Plus is Zoho's customer-experience bundle: its pricing page lists CRM, marketing, help desk, live chat, social, projects, surveys and analytics in Starter, and adds marketing automation, events, webinars and team collaboration in Enterprise, with all modules 'at their highest edition' (Zoho CRM Plus pricing). It does not include finance or HR. The full decision, with the trade-offs, is on Zoho One vs Zoho CRM Plus. What Zoho One costs beyond the licence
The licence is the smaller part of a Zoho One budget once several apps go live. Setup, data migration, integrations between apps and training are where the effort sits, and they are priced separately.
- CRM configuration. Modules, Blueprint processes, assignment rules and reports. See Zoho CRM implementation cost in India and Zoho CRM lead assignment rules.
- Lead sources. IndiaMART, Meta lead forms and WhatsApp need connecting and tagging. See IndiaMART leads in Zoho CRM and Facebook lead ads to Zoho CRM.
- Ad platform feedback. Sending qualified leads back to Google Ads closes the loop: Google Ads offline conversion import with Zoho CRM.
- Migration. Moving from HubSpot, Tally or spreadsheets takes data mapping and cleanup. See HubSpot to Zoho CRM migration.
- Ownership. Someone must own users, permissions and app rollout after go-live, or unused licences accumulate. The seat utilisation risk assessor helps check usage.
Myth Zoho One is always cheaper than buying apps separately.
Reality Not for one or two apps used by a small team. The calculator above often shows Zoho CRM alone or CRM Plus costing less.
Myth All-Employee means only active users count.
Reality Zoho's FAQ says it requires licences for every employee in the company. Confirm how Zoho defines employees before you buy.
Myth The price on a partner's blog is the price you will pay.
Reality Partner pages often show old offers or dollar prices. Zoho's own INR pricing page, with the date checked, is the reference.
Myth Buying Zoho One means rolling out every app at once.
Reality Zoho recommends deploying in phases. Start with the apps that fix a named problem.
Getting a Zoho One decision right before you sign
Rahul D Sarker works as an independent CRM and RevOps consultant, not a Zoho partner or reseller, so a licensing review earns nothing from the plan you choose.
A licensing review counts employees and users by team, prices Zoho One against CRM Plus and separate apps on Zoho's live INR pages, and sets the rollout order so you pay for apps as teams adopt them. When the question is broader, such as why leads are not turning into revenue, the starting point is the Revenue Diagnostic: two weeks with read-only access, fixed at ₹90,000 for companies in India ($1,500 elsewhere), credited in full if the work continues. Zoho delivery work is described on CRM consulting.

Tell me how many people work in the company and which teams need Zoho. The reply covers which plan fits, what to license first and what a rollout needs. If the bigger question is the revenue process itself, the next step is usually the fixed-price Revenue Diagnostic.
Zoho One price in India: questions buyers ask
What is the Zoho One price in India per user?
On Zoho's pricing page checked 17 October 2026, Zoho One Flexible User pricing is ₹3,500 per user per month billed annually, or ₹4,000 billed monthly. All-Employee pricing is ₹1,250 per employee per month billed annually, or ₹2,500 monthly, but requires a licence for every employee. GST is charged in addition.
What is the difference between Zoho One All-Employee and Flexible User pricing?
All-Employee is a lower price per head that applies to the whole company: Zoho's FAQ says it requires licences for every employee. Flexible User lets you buy licences for only the people who need them, at a higher price per licence. All-Employee is cheaper when more than about 36% of employees use Zoho on annual billing.
How much does Zoho One cost for 10 users?
If the company has 10 employees and all use Zoho, All-Employee costs ₹1,50,000 a year on annual billing, before GST. If 10 users are part of a larger company, Flexible User costs ₹4,20,000 a year (10 × ₹3,500 × 12). Compare it with All-Employee for your full payroll headcount.
Is GST included in the Zoho One price?
No. Zoho's pricing page states that local taxes such as GST are charged in addition. GST on digital services in India is 18%, which a GST-registered business can usually claim back as input tax credit.
Is there a minimum number of Zoho One licences?
No. Zoho's pricing FAQ says there is no minimum number of licences for either plan.
Can I pay for Zoho One monthly in India?
Yes. Zoho lists monthly prices of ₹2,500 per employee (All-Employee) and ₹4,000 per user (Flexible User), against ₹1,250 and ₹3,500 on annual billing. Monthly billing is useful for a short trial; for a full year it costs far more.
Does Zoho One include Zoho CRM Enterprise?
Zoho's FAQ says it does not map each app to a named plan but assures enterprise-level feature availability, with some limits set per employee. Check the plan details page for the specific CRM limits you depend on before buying.
Is Zoho One cheaper than Zoho CRM Plus?
For customer-facing teams only, usually not: CRM Plus Starter is ₹1,200 per user per month billed annually against ₹3,500 for Zoho One Flexible User. Zoho One becomes better value when finance, HR or operations also use Zoho apps, or when All-Employee pricing applies.
What happens if we hire more people on All-Employee pricing?
Every new employee needs a licence. Zoho's FAQ says that if you are on All-Employee without licensing everyone you will be asked to buy the remaining licences or switch to Flexible User pricing, so budget licences into each hire.
